These Terms govern use of the NexusClicker website and software. By downloading or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

NexusClicker is proprietary software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any license key or edition limits we publish.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, rent, or redistribute the software except as allowed by mandatory law or a written agreement with us.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use automation only where you have the right to do so.
  • Do not use NexusClicker to violate third-party terms of service (including many online games), applicable law, or other people’s rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security systems or use the software as an anti-cheat bypass — it is not designed for that.
  • Do not attack, scan, or overload our download infrastructure.

3. No warranty

The software and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or accounts (including game bans) arising from use of the software.

5. Updates

We may provide updates that change features or requirements. Some updates may be required for continued use.

6. Termination

We may suspend access to downloads or license keys if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by the operator on the live site. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, subject to consumer protections.
