This Privacy Policy explains how NexusClicker (“we”, “the product”, “the site”) handles information when you use our website and desktop application.

1. Summary

  • The desktop app is designed to work offline for automation. Configuration and stats stay on your PC by default. The product is built without telemetry.
  • This website may use essential local storage (language, cookie choice) and, only with consent, optional analytics cookies.
  • We do not sell personal data.

2. Desktop application

NexusClicker stores settings locally (for example under your Windows user app data folder). Optional config encryption uses Windows DPAPI bound to your user account. Crash logs, if enabled by the system/app, remain local unless you choose to share them.

Mouse/keyboard automation runs through standard Windows APIs. We do not inject into third-party processes.

3. Website data

  • Essential: language preference and cookie consent state (localStorage).
  • Optional analytics: only if you click “Accept all” on the cookie banner. We may use privacy-oriented analytics to understand traffic. You can choose “Essential only”.
  • Server logs: your host/CDN may process IP addresses and user-agent strings for security and delivery. Retention depends on the hosting provider.

4. Downloads

When you download the installer, the download server may log the request for abuse prevention and bandwidth accounting.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

Essential storage: legitimate interest / contract performance for site function. Optional analytics: consent. You may withdraw consent by clearing site data or contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of personal data related to the website. Contact the operator using the email published on the live site.

7. Children

The product is not directed at children under 16. Do not use the service if you are under the age required in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
